Saving water is closely related to the life of the earth and the future of mankind. Unfortunately, many people do not save water in their lives.

In the past, my brother and I would not save water. Sometimes, when I cool down, I turn the water on too much and don"t turn off the tap in time when I wash my hair. The water is running away. What a waste! Not only do I waste water, but my brother often turns the faucet very big. Sometimes he forgot to turn off the tap. He said that two days ago, my brother left the faucet on, but he played with the computer.

Now, our school has launched the activity of cherishing the water of life. The students understand that water is more precious than life! The teacher showed us the terrible pictures of the water shortage disaster area. Several students in our class cried sadly. I know how important it is to save water! Whenever I see students wasting water, I will take the initiative to wake up: water is very precious!

I take these good habits home. I flush the toilet with the dirty water after bathing, and water the flowers with the water for washing vegetables and rice. My brother was ashamed to waste water when he saw how water-saving I was.
